Coaching & Personal Development

A soft place to land

If you are feeling stretched thin, stuck in old loops, or simply carrying more than your nervous system was built to hold: welcome. You don't have to put on a brave face here, and you don't need to have everything figured out before you walk through the door.

You aren't broken

Here, we slow down

Life can be heavy, messy, and deeply changing. Whether you are navigating a quiet crisis of identity, feeling a painful distance grow with your partner, or trying to stay grounded while preparing for a new baby, this space is designed to be a safe, gentle harbor.

Here, we slow down. We drop the pressure to “fix” you, because you aren't broken. Instead, we create room for you to breathe, heal, and find your footing again.

How we work together

Real, grounded support

Most people who come to me are looking for something that feels both deeply human and practically helpful. Traditional coaching can sometimes feel too intense or rigid, while traditional therapy can sometimes leave you wondering, “Okay, but what do I actually do on Tuesday morning?”

My work sits right in the middle.

No judgments, no scripted plans

We meet you right where you are. We make space to safely name what hurts, process hard life shifts, or grieve what has been lost, without pushing you faster than your body wants to go.

Reconnecting with your inner wisdom

When life gets overwhelming, we tend to get trapped in our heads. Using gentle, body-centered practices like Pravada Shamanic Sound Healing, we help quiet the mental noise so you can tune back into your own intuition and feel grounded in your body.

Real-world relational tools

Growth isn't just about feeling better in a session; it's about how you feel when you're sitting at the kitchen table with your partner or making decisions about your life. We look at real, practical ways to express what you need and set healthy boundaries with warmth and ease.

What we can explore together

For individuals, and for couples

For Individuals

If you are going through a big life transition, feeling lost in a new chapter, or tired of fighting against old internal patterns, we work one-on-one to build quiet confidence and deep self-trust.

  • Finding Your Ground: Learn how to soothe your nervous system when anxiety or stress takes over.
  • Honoring Your Story: Gently process loss, major life shifts, or changing identity so you can move forward feeling whole.
  • Real Self-Kindness: Soften harsh self-criticism and learn to listen to what you truly need.

For Couples

Partnership isn't about never bumping into each other; it's about knowing how to reach for each other when things get rocky. I help couples drop their guard, step out of repetitive arguments, and remember why they chose each other.

  • Navigating the Transition to Parenthood: Having a baby is one of the most magnificent, and exhausting, shifts a couple can make. About two-thirds of new parents feel a sharp drop in closeness after a baby arrives. We work together before or during those early months to build an emotional safety net, helping you stay connected as a team while caring for your baby.
  • Healing Disconnect & Rebuilding Intimacy: Learn how to stop having the same exhausting argument over and over, and build simple, everyday habits that protect your bond.

The Enneagram

A map of your inner patterns

Most of us repeat the same patterns for years before we can name them. The Enneagram gives those patterns a name, and with it, a little more compassion and a lot more choice.

The Enneagram describes nine core personality types, each shaped by its own way of seeking safety, love, and worth. It is not a box to put yourself in. I use it as a mirror: a way to gently see the habits of attention that drive how you react under stress, what you reach for when you feel threatened, and where your natural gifts are quietly waiting.

Woven together with somatic work, the Enneagram becomes more than an insight on paper. We notice where your patterns live in your body, like the clenched jaw that shows up when you feel you must hold everything together, or the restless chest that rises when you're trying to keep everyone happy. Then we practice new responses in real time, so change happens in your nervous system and not only in your head.

For individuals

  • Seeing Your Patterns Clearly: Understand the core fears and desires beneath your reactions, so old loops lose their grip.
  • Working With Stress, Not Against It: Learn how your type tends to shift under pressure and in moments of growth, and how to find your way back to center.
  • Growing From Your Strengths: Name the gifts that come naturally to you and let them lead your next chapter.

For couples

  • Understanding Each Other's Inner World: Discover why your partner reacts the way they do, and why it is rarely about you.
  • Turning Friction into Curiosity: Recognize the predictable dance your two types fall into during conflict, and practice new steps together.
  • Parenting as a Team: Bring awareness of your types into the transition to parenthood, so you can support each other's very different ways of coping with change.

You don't need to know your type before we begin. We can explore it together, at your pace, as one tool among many.

You don't have to do this alone

Taking the first step can feel vulnerable, especially if you're used to being the strong one who holds everything together for everyone else. Let this be a place where you get to be held, supported, and heard. Whenever you're ready, reach out for a quiet, low-pressure conversation to see how it feels to work together.
